Getting to Cairns
A limited number of international flights fly directly into Cairns. At present, these include flights from Singapore and Japan (Jetstar) and Hong Kong (Cathay Pacific, Qantas). There are many daily domestic connections to Cairns for international flights that arrive in other Australian cities, e.g. Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. i.e. North America from Los Angeles via Brisbane or Sydney (Qantas, American, V Australia) or via Auckland, New Zealand (United). The PRICM7 Travel Coordinators will recommend the best connections, best costs, and best flight routing for attendees going directly to and from Cairns, or those who are planning on taking advantage of the pre and post tours in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Visitors to Australia must have a valid passport and the appropriate Australian visa. The type of visa depends on the purpose of the visit. Overseas visitors seeking to attend or participate in a Conference or event in Australia should, in most cases, apply for a short stay business visitor visa.
You must apply for your visa early to ensure that details are confirmed prior to your departure for PRICM7.
Information about this important requirement can also be found on the Australian Government website at www.immi.gov.au/skilled/business/business-visit-visa-options.htm
Some participants will be able to obtain an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA). If eligible, you can apply for an ETA via the Internet www.eta.immi.gov.au
Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance prior to leaving your home country. Insurance plans typically cover accidental loss of belongings, medical costs in case of injury or illness, and other possible risks such as travel cancellations.
Conference Works and its agents and partners cannot accept responsibility for accidents that might occur. PRICM7 does not provide insurance to delegates.
Before flight arrangements can be FINALIZED and TICKETS ISSUED a current Australian Visa (if required) must be obtained.
Please complete the below form and a travel consultant will be in contact with you shortly.
Note: Requesting travel does not register you to attend the Conference.
