Conference Works Launches New Event Management Technology

As part of its ongoing commitment to provide its clients with the most technologically advanced, easy to use and cost effective event management technologies Conference Works has launched its very own suite of event management tools.

12 months in development the tools have been custom developed to ensure their suitability for information and data management of both complex and streamlined event requirements.

The new tools include:

1/. Online Speaker Management Interface

Allowing presenters from around the globe to submit abstracts, biographies, photographs, technical requirements and PowerPoint Presentations – all fully editable the system enables reviewers to grade abstracts and request revisions as well as a fully integrated speaker communication platform.

2/. Exhibitor & Sponsor Interface

Exhibitors and Sponsors now have the facility to submit profiles, logos and promotional information under their exhibitor listing on the Conference website. Once approved by organisers the profile is posted direct to the website. Exhibitors and sponsors can update their profiles using their dedicated event passwords.

Returning more value to sponsors and exhibitors the system includes a fully automatic end to end buyer appointment request system. Buyers review exhibitor and/or sponsor profiles on the website (either public or closed attendance) using the online tool to request an appointment at a nominated time.

3/. E-Marketing

Designed to stream line the marketing of events, increase attendance and brand events professionally Conference Works new intelligent E-Marketing software provides the solution to capture a larger audience.

The system allows us to add text, images, links to websites, animations and tables – all in a designed, email compatible electronic announcement custom designed to match the look and feel you approve!

Thousands of bulletins can be sent simultaneously without affecting your incoming or outgoing email. The system is designed to GROW the subscriber list and report on the activities of your potential attendees – including, visits to website pages, who is opening the communications, new subscribers along with many other features.
