Regular Student Registration
To obtain the Student Registration Rate you must be studying on a full-time basis.
During the online registration process you will be requested to provide your institute
details and student identification number. If you do not supply these details your
registration will revert to the standard registration rate applicable.

Under Advantaged Country Registration

A concession registration type is available for those wishing to attend the Conference from so called ‘Under Advantaged Countries.’

Home-stay Assistance

A special home-stay scheme has been established for colleagues and students in need of accommodation in Melbourne; special priority will be given to participants from low HDI regions.

Registration Inclusions

  • attendance at all Conference sessions
  • conference satchel and merchandise
  • catering including morning, afternoon tea and lunch
  • attendance at the Welcome Reception on Thursday evening.

Social Program

The Conference social program will include Welcome Drinks on Thursday and a Conference Dinner on Friday evening with entertainment.

Thursday Welcome Reception

Attendance to the Welcome Reception is included in all registration types. The reception will be held at the Sebel Albert park Hotel on Thursday 4 March 2010. You may purchase additional tickets to the welcome event for collegues or partners during the online registration process.

Friday Conference Dinner

Please ensure you purchase your Dinner ticket while registering online. The dinner program will be available on this website closer to the date. You can be assured an evening of excellent food and beverage, networking, entertainment and stimulating discussion!

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified to the Conference office in writing by 4 January 2010 to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this date will not be accepted. However, delegates may transfer their registration to another person.

Dress Code

Please note that dress standard for the Conference will be smart casual.

Name Badges

All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to conference sessions and social events.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The organising committee and the conference office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
