Accommodation payment
A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. In order to book accommodation, guests must also register for the Conference. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with a credit card at their relevant hotel on checkout. The hotels reserve the right to charge one night’s accommodation deposit on your card.
Change of Reservation
Should you wish to change your accommodation booking after it has been made, please notify in writing onlythe only the Conference Office, not the Hotel.
Cancellations
Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received by the Conference Office in writing 30 days prior to booking commencement date.
If notification is not received prior to this date, the hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fee, to your credit card, equal to the total number of room nights cancelled.
Check In/Check Out Times
The standard check in time at hotels is 2:00pm onwards. The standard check out time is 10:00am.
