Note: Day Registration Types do not include attendance to any evening social events.

Discounts are available for group bookings

  • 6 - 10 delegates - 5%
  • 11 - 20 delegates - 10%
  • 21+ delegates - 15%

Terms of use for group discounts:

  1. Group discounts only apply to conference registration fees, not social functions of technical tours.
  2. Group discounts apply to full registrations only (Not part time registrations).
  3. Group discounts only apply to delegates from the same organisation.
  4. A maximum of one discount type will apply.
  5. Each group must have a group leader who will be the point of communication.
  6. Registrations for the ‘group’ must be submitted as one unit via email
  7. Once the members of the group have been identified, no one else may be added to the group at a later date.
  8. Only one invoice will be issued per group registration.

Author/Presenter discounts

All presenting authors must register for the Conference. Presenters will receive the early bird discount.  For the papers to be included in the conference proceedings, presenting authors must be registered by the close of the early bird registrations (31 March 2011).

Student discounts 

The Conference committee is working closely with the ARRB Academy to provide a special student price to attend the conference. More information will be available shortly.

Social Program

Welcome Reception

Times: 5.00pm - 7.00pm
Dress: Smart Casual

Join us for welcoming drinks and finger food at the Hyatt Regency at the first scheduled event of the Conference.

This is an ideal opportunity to network with speakers and other delegates prior to the official conference start.

Conference Dinner

Date: Tuesday 17 May 2011
Venue: Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove
Times: 7.00pm - 11.00pm
Dress: Business Attire
Cost: $99.00 per person

Note: The Full Conference Registration cost does NOT include attendance at the conference dinner. This must be purchased at additional cost.

The conference dinner will be held at the conclusion of the test day program at Mount Cotton Test Track and will be held at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove.

The dinner will be an informal affair and will include a three course dinner a selection of wines and beers along with light entertainment.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation or substitution is only accepted by sending written notification (email acceptable) to Key Conference Solutions. 

Cancellations made before 31 March 2011 will be given a refund, less a $200 administration charge.  After 31 March 2011 the registration for the conference is binding and no refunds will be made. However, another person may be substituted for the registered delegate.  The new delegate will be acknowledged in writing.

By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Dress Code

Please note that dress standard for the Conference will be smart casual.

Name Badges

All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to conference sessions and social events.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The organising committee and the conference office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Privacy

ARRB’s Statement on Privacy - ARRB holds names and addresses of people with an interest in transport so that it can communicate with them.  Personal information which you provide to ARRB may be held on a database and may be shared with others both nationally and internationally.  Sometimes your details may be obtained from, or made available to external companies for marketing purposes.  If you do not wish us to hold your details, please write to The Privacy, ARRB Group, 500 Burwood Highway, Vermont South, VIC 3133, or email on privacy@arrb.com.au .
