Dedicated meeting, conference and banquet facilities are available for groups of five to 500 and the hotel has onsite technical events professionals who provide outstanding service and audio-visual technology for any meeting or event.

Visitors are strongly advised to make bookings early to obtain best fares.

Airports
The resort is situated 1 hours' drive* south from Brisbane International and Domestic Airports. Approximate flying time from Sydney is 1 hour and 20 minutes and Melbourne is approximately a 2 hour and 10 minute flight. Cairns International Airport is approximately three hours' flying time away. Coolangatta Airport, Australia's fifth busiest, is approximately 45 minutes' drive* north to the resort.
*Drive times may vary during peak traffic periods.

Transfers
Limousines, hire cars, shuttle bus and taxis can be arranged. Coaches are recommended for larger groups.

Brisbane Airport to the Hotel

Turn left onto the Gateway Arterial Road and pass through the electronic toll (no manual payment option available). Note: if you dont have a electronic toll device in your vehicle you can call 1300 046 842 or visit www.govia.com.au to make payment to avoid penalties.

Airport Door to Door (AirtrainConnect)

AirtrainConnect is a premium service for getting you from either of Brisbane Airports to the door of your Gold Coast destination. AirtrainConnect can also serve you if you need to travel from the Gold Coast to the Airport.

AirtrainConnect involves a train ride to a Gold Coast station which for those staying at Sanctuary Cove will be Helensvale, and then a chauffeured transfer to your accommodation at Sanctuary Cove. When you arrive at the airport, staff in the terminal will direct you to the train and Helensvale station to hop off at. When you arrive at Helensvale, your driver will be waiting with your name on a sign to take you the rest of the way.

The availability of AirtrainConnect is limited to standard train operating hours. Bookings that begin at the Gold Coast need to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

May is Autumn in Queensland with generally moderately warm weather. The temperature usually ranges from a minimum of 16°C at night to a maximum of 26°C during the day (61°F minimum, 71°F maximum).

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation or substitution is only accepted by sending written notification (email acceptable) to Key Conference Solutions. Cancellations made before 31 March 2011 will be given a refund, less A$200 administration charge. After 31 March 2011 the registration for the conference is binding and no refunds will be made. However, another person may be substituted for the registered delegate. The new delegate will be acknowledged in writing. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

A list of delegates will be made available to all conference participants. The list will provide delegate’s name, organisation, state/country. If you do not wish your contact details to be included in the delegate list, please write to ARRB’s information officer on info@arrb.com.au.
