Delegates may book accommodation when registering to attend the Conference using the Online Registration Form. Alternatively a downloadable Accommodation Booking Form is available here.

Hotel Options

The Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove. A room block is in place to accommodate delegate accommodation requirements onsite at the hotel.

Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove

The Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove is a five-star resort hotel - styled as a traditional 1940s grand Queensland homestead and set amidst lush, tropical gardens.

The hotel features a colonial design that is an elegant reminder of former times, offering a unique blend of Australian hospitality and sophistication.

This resort is also famous for its sandy beach one acre salt-water lagoon. Surrounding the hotel are three championship golf courses: The Pines, The Palms and Hope Island Golf Club.

The homestead welcomes you to a 37-sq metre room offering gracious colonial decor, polished parquet floors and plantation shutters opening onto a furnished balcony overlooking tranquil gardens or the golf course.

Pampering amenities include king sleigh bed with crisp feather duvet, writing desk, high-speed Internet, and bathroom with separate tub and walk-in shower.

King Room: (single occupancy) $195.00 (Australian Dollars) per room per night inclusive of one full buffet breakfast.

King Room: (double or twin bed configuration) $210.00 (Australian Dollars) per room per night inclusive of two full buffet breakfasts.

NB: Conference rates above are from 10-18 May only. If you wish to extend your accommodation stay from 19–22 May the rate will increase to $350 per room per night inc breakfast (single) or $365 per room per night inc breakfast (double/twin share).

Marina Quays International

Enjoy the magnificent views of the Hope Harbour Marina and beyond at Marina Quays International – 4 star hotel.

The hotel is a low lying boutique resort, built along a tranquil deepwater marina.

The spacious and stylish interior is complemented by a private balcony, overlooking the marina and/or one of the two swimming pools. The rooms are elegantly furnished and well appointed and other facilities the hotel offers is fitness room and sauna.

Shopping facilities are located nearby at the Sanctuary Cove Marine Village (5 minutes).

This accommodation is approximately a 12 min drive to the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove. Daily return coach transfers may run between the two hotels based on number of delegates staying at Marina Quays International.

Deluxe Room: (double/twin occupancy) $126.00 (Australian Dollars) per room per night inclusive of two buffet breakfasts

Accommodation Payments

A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. Accommodation bookings must accompany your registration. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with a credit card with the hotel on checkout.

The hotel reserves the right to charge one night’s accommodation deposit on your card.

Change of Reservation

Key Conference Solutions, not the Hotel, should be notified of any required changes to your hotel reservations.

Cancellations

Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received by the Conference Office in writing 20 days prior to booking commencement date otherwise the hotels reserve the right to charge 100% cancellation penalty (all nights of your stay).
