Corporate, Association & Government List
5400 contact all conference and event organisers from the Victoria Market place. Contacts are from the corporate, association, government and university markets.
Email Templates
HTML E-newsletters/announcements * are created in-house via the Conference Works and EIM Victoria in-house design department as per your branding and particular requirements.
All design work is created for your approval.
Costs
Creation of email newsletter/content
The email template will be designed specifically to suit your exact branding and content requirements.
Depending on the complexity the final cost ranges from $350 - $700 + GST per template created.

Usage Fee: $850 + GST
Corporate, Association & Government List
Usage Fee: $1850.00 + GST
Combined List
Usage Fee: $2,200.00 + GST
Limitations
- Use of lists is restricted to high end marketing requirements via reputable organisations.
- Sends to EIM Victoria databases are limited to once every four (4) weeks. This ensures that all emails from us are read by subscribers and ensure subscribers remain on our list.
- EIM Victoria is a premium service. Look and feel of all design work released to database is at our approval. All word content and messages are at our approval.
- Text messages only are not allowed
- To control quality of messages being released PDF attachments are not allowed
