The organising committee is offering a number of exciting opportunities for organisations to partner in the 17th Biennial Conference of Asian Studies Association of Australia by becoming a conference sponsor or exhibitor.

PLATINUM SPONSOR - $20,000.00

• Platinum Sponsorship is a premium opportunity for your organisation, offering an all encompassing opportunity to become strategically aligned with the Conference, conference partners and conference delegates. Platinum sponsorship of this event will ensure maximum exposure and recognition throughout all stages of the event including pre-event marketing, onsite promotion (both visual and verbal) and prolonged recognition of your organisation's commitment to the conference and the industry sectors that it supports.
• Double exhibition space in a prime location
• Full registration for four delegates
• Two seats of the head table during dinner
• A senior company representative will have the opportunity to make a 5 minute presentation during the conference opening
• Platinum conference sponsorship recognition and company logo displayed on all marketing materials hard copy and electronic, advertising the conference

GOLD SPONSOR - $10,000.00

• Single exhibition space in a prime location
• Full registration for two delegates
• Two additional tickets to attend the conference dinner
• Gold conference sponsorship recognition and company logo displayed on all marketing materials hard copy and electronic, advertising the conference
• Company logo and web link on official conference website
• Company logo displayed on PowerPoint between conference proceedings
• Official verbal acknowledgement of Gold Sponsorship at conference opening and closing
• 1/2 page advertisement in the onsite delegate program
• Maximum of one satchel insert

SILVER SPONSOR - $5,000.00

• Single exhibition space in a prime location
• Full registration for one delegate
• Silver conference sponsorship recognition and company logo displayed on all marketing materials hard copy and electronic, advertising the conference
• Company logo and web link on official conference website
• 1/4 page advertisement in the onsite delegate program
• One company banner displayed in conference registration area. (All signage is subject to approval and must be supplied by the sponsor)

CONFERENCE DINNER SPONSOR - $7,500.00

• Company signage displayed at dinner (All signage is subject to approval and must be supplied by the sponsor)
• One full Conference registration
• 5 complementary tickets to the dinner
• Two seats on the head table
• Company senior executive 5 minute speaking slot at the Dinner
• Company logo along with recognition of conference dinner sponsorship on official conference website
• Company signage displayed in pre dinner drink area
• Company logo on dinner table menus
• Recognition of Dinner Sponsorship on all print and electronic conference materials

WELCOME RECEPTION SPONSOR - $3,500.00

• One full conference registration
• Company signage displayed at Welcome Reception (All signage is subject to approval and must be supplied by the sponsor)
• 5 complementary tickets to the Welcome event
• Company senior executive 5 minute speaking slot at the Welcome Event
• Company logo along with recognition of Welcome Event sponsorship on official conference website
• Recognition of sponsorship on all print and electronic conference materials

INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER SPONSORSHIP - $5,000.00 per speaker

We are targeting World leading speakers! Your funding will assist to recruit very high profile speakers for the Conference and will assist funding in areas such as: Invited speaker travel and accommodation, logistical requirements, venue, special event and auxiliary expenses.

• Full registration for one delegate
• Speaker sponsorship recognition and company logo displayed on all marketing materials hard copy and electronic, advertising the conference
• Company logo and web link on official conference website
• One company banner displayed in conference registration area. (All signage is subject to approval and must be supplied by the sponsor)

INTERNET KIOSK SPONSORSHIP - $5,000

* The organisers will consider a contra arrangement for this sponsorship.

Used by attendees to access the Internet and email, the Internet Kiosk sponsorship offers a highly visible branding opportunity in the most popular spot for Conference attendees.

• Your company promotional materials positioned in kiosk area
• One satchel insert
• Sponsorship recognition on the conference web site with a link to your home page

CONFERENCE SATCHELS SPONSOR - $3,000.00

• One full Conference registration
• Company name and Logo to appear on conference satchels
• One satchel insert
• Company logo displayed on conference web site
• Web link.

CONFERENCE NAME TAGS SPONSOR - $3,000.00

• One full Conference registration
• Company name and Logo to appear on conference name tags
• One satchel insert
• Company logo displayed on conference web site
• Web link.

MORNING/AFTERNOON CATERING SPONSOR - $3,000 (+ GST)

1 sponsor each day of the Conference.

• Recognition as a conference sponsor on all conference materials in lead up to the event
• Company signage displayed during catering breaks (all signage subject to committee approval)
