The Conference will be held at The Sebel Albert Park (Formerly Carlton Crest Hotel Melbourne), Melbourne Australia. The Sebel Albert Park overlooks Albert Park Lake, home of the Australian Formula One Grand Prix. Only minutes from Melbourne Central Business District with easy access to all areas of Melbourne, particularly sporting and recreational facilities.

The venue is only 4 km or 15 minutes by public transport from Melbourne's Central Business District. It provides easy access to all areas of Melbourne and is only five minutes by car from Port Phillip Bay. Ideal for both business and leisure, the hotel is just 30 minutes drive from Melbourne Airport.

The Citigate Albert Park Hotel Melbourne is part of the same complex with direct access to the Sebel Albert Park Hotel.

Accommodation payments

A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. Accommodation bookings must accompany your registration. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with a credit card at their relevant hotel on checkout. The hotels reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation deposit on your card.

You may book accommodation by downloading the accommodation booking form and returning it to Key Conference Solutions via fax or post.

Change of Reservation

Only the Conference Office, not the Hotel, should be notified in writing of any required changes to hotel reservations.

Cancellations

Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received by the Conference Office in writing 30 days prior to booking commencement date otherwise the hotels reserve the right to retain one night's accommodation payment.

The hotels reserve the right to charge all nights for cancellations of accommodation bookings within 30 days prior to booking commencement date.

Check In/Check Out Times

The standard check in time at hotels is 2pm onwards. The standard check out time is 10am.
