Full Registration

Full registration includes admission to the welcome reception, all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches and conference satchel (including conference proceedings) and entry to the exhibition area.

Day Registration

Day registration includes admission on the nominated day (only) to all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and conference satchel (including conference proceedings) and entrance to the exhibition area.

Group bookings

Discounts are available for group bookings (please refer to the group booking form for conditions)

  • 6 - 10 delegates - 5%
  • 11 - 20 delegates - 10%
  • 21+ delegates - 15%

Accompanying Persons

Tickets to the Conference dinner and Interchange networking function are available for purchase for accompanying persons.

Social functions and Technical tours

Conference dinners, functions and Technical tours are an additional cost to all conference delegates. The dinners, Interchange function and Technical Tours are ticketed events, please ensure you indicate the functions you wish attend when registering.

Payment of fees

All conference and function payments must be received prior to the commencement of the conference. If payment for an earlybird registration is not received by the cut-off date, the registration type will automatically be changed to the next registration level.

Cancellation and Privacy information

Registration cancellation or substitution is only accepted by sending written notification (email acceptable) to Key Conference Solutions.  Cancellations made before 6 September 2010 will be given a refund, less A$200 administration charge.  After 6 September 2010 the registration for the conference is binding and no refunds will be made. However, another person may be substituted for the registered delegate.  The new delegate will be acknowledged in writing. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

ARRB's Statement on Privacy - ARRB holds names and addresses of people with an interest in transport so that it can communicate with them.  Personal information which you provide to ARRB may be held on a database and may be shared with others both nationally and internationally.  Sometimes your details may be obtained from, or made available to external companies for marketing purposes.  If you do not wish us to hold your details, please write to The Privacy Officer, ARRB Group, 500 Burwood Highway, Vermont South, VIC 3133, or email on privacy@arrb.com.au .
