Additional Conference Social Events

Welcome Reception ticket $60.00 (conference delegates can each purchase a partially subsided Welcome Reception ticket for $40.00. Additional tickets can be purchased for $60.00).
Venue: The Henry Jones Art Hotel. Walking distance from Hotel Grand Chancellor.

Conference Gala Dinner tickets $110.00. Ticket price includes return bus transfers from Hotel Grand Chancellor, The Old Woolstore Apartments, Zero Davey Boutique Apartments, Grand Mercure Hobart Hadleys Hotel and Apartments or Mercure Hotel.
Venue: Moorilla Estate. Approximately 20 minutes by bus.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified to the Conference Office in writing by 17th May 2010 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 18th and 31st May will incur a $150 cancellation fee per registration, alternatively delegates may transfer their registration to another person. Cancellations after the 31st May will not be accepted, however delegates may transfer their registration to another person.

Dress Code

Please note that dress standard for the conference will be smart casual.

Name Badges

All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to conference sessions and social events.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide such insurance coverage. The organising committee and the Conference Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
