The scene is set for the 2007 ACACA Conference with the newly refurbished Rydges Carlton hotel Melbourne selected as the Conference host venue. Make sure you block the dates in your diary 9 & 10 August 2007.

The Rydges Melbourne is a hop skip and a jump from the best of Melbourne's activities, attractions, and restaurants and we are currently designing a social program to take in the best of what Melbourne has to offer.

Having just gone through a Multi Million Dollar Refurbishment program the hotel has upgraded all accommodation rooms, conference areas and public spaces to a superior level.

Accommodation payment

A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. Accommodation bookings must accompany your registration. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with a credit card at their relevant hotel on checkout. The hotels reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation deposit on your card.

Change of Reservation

Only the Conference Office, not the Hotel, should be notified in writing of any required changes to hotel reservations.

Cancellations

Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received by the Conference Office in writing 40 days prior to booking commencement date otherwise the hotels reserve the right to retain one night's accommodation payment.

The hotels reserve the right to charge all nights for cancellations of accommodation bookings within 40 days prior to booking commencement date.

Check In/Check Out Times

The standard check in time at hotels is 2pm onwards. The standard check out time is 10am.
