Junior Trainee refers to a registrar (radiation oncology or physics) or a radiation therapist or nurse within the first 4 years of qualification.

Day Registration

Day registration rates are available to attend the Friday or Saturday program. Attendance to the day program includes that evening’s social event.

Member Registrations

Please note discounted member registration fees are only available for those members of the Australasian Brachytherapy Group who have paid their membership subscription for the 2011-2012 year.

Cancellation and Refunds

The Conference Office must be notified by Friday 6 January 2012 of any cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this date will not be accepted, however delegates may transfer their registration to another person.

Dress Code

Please note smart casual attire is appropriate for Conference sessions and social functions. A jacket may be necessary for air conditioned meeting rooms.

Name Badges

All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to Conference sessions and social functions.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The organising committee and conference office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
