Booking Accommodation
Accommodation can only be booked once you have registered to attend the conference. Accommodation can be booked at the time of registration. Please note accommodation booking requests are based on the availability of the hotels.
Accommodation Payment
A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. Delegates must settle the balance of their account upon check out. The hotel reserves the right to charge one night’s accommodation deposit on your card.
Change of Reservation
Only the Conference Office, not the hotel, should be notified of any changes to hotel reservations.
Cancellation
Notification of accommodation cancellation must be made to the Conference Office. Accommodation cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Please contact the Conference Office for cancellation fees.
Check In/Check Out Times
Standard check in time is 3pm, standard check out time is 11am.
