The information provided on this page is designed to assist Exhibitors with booth setup.

PRE DELIVERY OF ITEMS

The organisers recommend you select an international freight forwarder of your choice. Please arrange for items to arrive at Le Meridien She Shan, Shanghai no earlier than: 28 August 2007.

All items must be clearly labeled as outlined below:

BOOTH SIGNBOARD

Your company name will appear along the top of your exhibition stand. Please email Sarah at Destination China sarah@destinationchina.biz with your Company name as you would like it to appear by 7 August 2007.

REGISTRATIONS

Please be aware that ALL exhibition staff must be fully paid delegates to gain access to the exhibition. Staff wishing to gain access to your exhibition stand will not gain access unless they are registered. Your staff may register online via this website.

17:00 Exhibition Closes

7th September 2007

Each booth comes with a standard furniture and lighting package consisting of:
