Registration Type Inclusion

Delegate Registration
Includes attendance at all business sessions, conference bag, conference gifts, speaker papers, morning and afternoon teas, lunch's daily and official evening social events.

Accompanying Partner Registration
The Accompanying Partner Package is available for persons who are accompanying delegates to 12 ABC and wish to attend the evening functions. The fee includes attendance at all the evening social events, and the complimentary half day tour. This fee does not include attendance at the Conference sessions, lunches, tea breaks or visits to the exhibition area.

Delegate Arrival Procedure

You may purchase arrival transfers during the registration process at $USD 22.00

  • Transfer from arrival gate to Immigration
  • Complete immigration and go to Baggage Claim Area

Within the Baggage Claim Area you will see the 12th ABC Help Desk, staffed by Destination China. Should you require any assistance please visit the Help Desk.

  • Collect your luggage from the belt
  • Destination China staff will direct guest through customs

In general greeting area, Destination China staff will escort you to your transfer* vehicle to Le Meridien She Shan Shanghai

* You must have pre booked a transfer with Conference Works during the registration process to take advantage of these transfers.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified to the Conference office in writing by 7th July 2007 to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this date will not be accepted (as per Committee policy) however delegates may transfer their registration to another person. It is recommended that you keep a copy of this registration form. By submitting this form you agree to terms of the cancellation policy.

Dress Code

Please note that dress standard for the conference will be smart casual.

Name Badges

All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to conference sessions, social events and the conference exhibition.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide and such insurance coverage. The organising committee and the conference office accepts no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
