Two accommodations options are available for conference participants. A transfer service to the offsite accommodation option prior to the start and at the conclusion of conference business sessions and social events will be scheduled. A timetable will be made available.

* Please note if you would like to return to your offsite accommodation during the conference you will need to arrange your own transport.

Le Meridien She Shan Shanghai (FULL Tuesday, 4th September)

Superior Room - USD 172.50 per room per night single/double/twin

All superior rooms at the conference venue are of a premium 5 star standard. They offer balconies and are designed to blend in with the surrounding nature. Each room features a 42" plasma screen with DVD/CD player, a business desk or table, oversized lounge sofa and broadband internet access. Other amenities include IDD telephone with two lines, voicemail, in-room safe with power socket and walk in wardrobe.


Offsite Accomodation Options

New Hotel Option: Lansun Mountian Villa Hotel

This is 3 star local style accommodation. This hotel shares a driveway with the Forrest Hotel.

$60.00 USD room only Single/Double/Twin

Alternative accommodation is available at the Forest She Shan Hotel which is a 10 minutes drive from Le Meridien. A shuttle service on a set timetable will be available to transfer conference delegates to and from Le Meridien prior and at the close of business sessions and scheduled social events.

Forest She Shan Hotel - Ta Nong Kou, Sheshan (FULL)

A good standard three star property a short ride to the Le Meridien. Villa style complex with a breakfast room.

Accommodation Payment

A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. Accommodation bookings must accompany your registration. The hotels reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation deposit on your card. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with a credit card at their relevant hotel on checkout.

Change of Reservation

Only the Conference Office, not the Hotel, should be notified in writing of any required changes to hotel reservations.

Cancellations

Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received by the Conference Office in writing 40 days prior to booking commencement date otherwise the hotels reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation to your credit card.

The hotels reserve the right to charge all nights for cancellations of accommodation bookings within 40 days prior to booking commencement date.

Check In/Check Out Times

The standard check in time at hotels is 2pm onwards. The standard check out time is 10am.
