Attendance to the social events outlined below is included in all full registration types.

Welcome Reception

Attendance to the Welcome Reception is included in all delegate registration fees. The Welcome Event will be a great opportunity to network, meet industry colleagues and enjoy great food and wine.

Gala Dinner

• Date: Wednesday 14 September 2011
• Venue: Hyderabad International Convention Centre
• Time: 19.00 – 22.00

Dress in colourful clothes and come prepared to party, Indian style!

This evening promises to be the social highlight of the Conference and will include opulent big stage bollywood entertainment set in a unique space with roving entertainers, dancers and a culinary experience of the unique cuisines of India.

More details about this dinner will be announced closer to the Conference.

Closing Reception

• Date: Friday 16 September 2011
• Venue: Hyderabad International Convention Centre
• Time: 17.00 – 18.00

The Closing Reception will be held from the close of the final business sessions. As the final event of the Conference this is a great opportunity to meet up with your industry colleagues prior to your departure.
