Accommodation

Due to the high number of delegates attending the Conference, Conference Works no longer has rooms available at the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre or Mandava Suites.

Rooms are available at the International 5 Star hotel Hotel Ista or the 5 Star local Ellaa Hotel. Transfers will operate two way from both these hotels.

Accommodation Shuttle Service

A shuttle facility will run between all accommodation options offered on this page prior and at the conclusion of meeting sessions and social events.

Novotel Hotel Hyderabad Convention Centre

The Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is connected to the Hyderabad International Convention Centre. The hotel is 45 minutes drive from The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and spread over 15 acres of landscaped space. Key features include 4Mbps Wi-Fi enabled rooms, international restaurant, contemporary bar, and 24 hours gym with massage facilities.

Rooms at the Novotel offer modern comfort and contemporary décor. All rooms feature WiFi internet access, high-speed transmission line, mini bar, safety deposit box, telephone and satellite / cable TV.

A credit card is required to confirm accommodation at the Novotel Hotel Hyderabad Convention Centre.

Hotel Ista Hyderabad

To make a reservation at the Ista Hotel full payment for all nights booked is required at time of reservation.

Ellaa Hotel, Hyderabad

Located 5km. from the Hyderabad International Convention Centre the Ellaa Hotel is a 5 Star Indian owned and operated hotel which forms part of the Sterling Hotels group.

The hotel provides state-of-the-art facilities, sophisticated and luxurious accommodation in a resort like environment.

The hotel includes a world-class spa, multiple dining options along with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool along with a full health centre.

A credit card is required to confirm accommodation at the Ellaa Hotel at the time of booking.

Book Accommodation

All delegates MUST register to attend the Conference prior to booking accommodation.

Delegates may book accommodation requirements via the online registration form or via the ACCOMMODATION BOOKING FORM

Accommodation Payment

A credit card is required to hold accommodation bookings at the Novotel and Hotel Allaa-accommodation bookings must accompany your registration.

The hotel reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation deposit on your card. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with a credit card at their relevant hotel on checkout.

Full payment at the time of booking is required for both Mandava Suites and Hotel Ista.

Change of Reservation

Only the Conference Office, not the Hotel, should be notified in writing of any required changes to hotel reservations.

Cancellations

Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received by the Conference Office in writing 60 days prior to booking commencement date otherwise the hotels reserve the right to charge one night's accommodation to your credit card.

The hotels reserve the right to charge all nights for cancellations of accommodation bookings within 40 days prior to booking commencement date.

Check In/Check Out Times

The standard check in time at hotels is 2pm onwards. The standard check out time is 10am.
