Registration Type Inclusions
Delegate Registration
Includes attendance at all business sessions, conference bag, conference gifts, speaker papers, morning and afternoon teas, lunch's daily and official evening social events.
Accompanying Partner Registration
The Accompanying Partner Package is available for persons who are accompanying delegates to 13 ABC and wish to attend the evening functions. The fee includes attendance at all the evening social events, and the complimentary half day tour. This fee does not include attendance at the Conference sessions, lunches, tea breaks or visits to the exhibition area.
Please be aware those delegates registered as an accompanying person will be refused entry to the tradeshow and business sessions at the security check point.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified to the Conference office in writing by 25th June 2009 to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this date will not be accepted (as per Committee policy) however delegates may transfer their registration to another person. It is recommended that you keep a copy of this registration form. By submitting this form you agree to terms of the cancellation policy.
Dress Code
Please note that dress standard for the conference will be smart casual.
Name Badges
All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to conference sessions, social events and the conference exhibition.
Insurance
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide and such insurance coverage. The organising committee and the conference office accepts no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
